Hello, respectfully be informed that the factory land with an area of 150 hectares is part of national lands that was made available to the company by the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad for the construction of the factory. Following pursuits undertaken by the company regarding the transfer of ownership of the land in the name of West Asia Cement Complex Company (Public Joint Stock), the ownership transfer deed was registered and issued on 1405/04/23, and the single-page ownership transfer deeds were made available to the company on 1405/05/04. It is worth mentioning that the consideration for the transfer of ownership of the factory land amounts to 33/226 million rial, which has been fully settled as stated, and the company has no obligations in this regard.
