Company Trading as Fama Discloses 1.881 Trillion Rial Foreign Raw Material Purchase

According to a material disclosure filed on Codal, a company trading under the symbol Fama disclosed on September 12, 2026 (21 Shahrivar 1405) a foreign raw material purchase worth 1.881 trillion rials. Per the filing, the transaction's value equals about 6 percent of the company's total assets and 6 percent of its sales revenue from the prior fiscal year.

The disclosure states that payment to the seller will be made through foreign currency purchased from agent banks, with part of it funded from currency earned through the company's own exports. The company said the foreign supplier has no other relationship with it.

Bank Pasargad to auction 5.57 percent stake in Mapna Group
