Rail Pardaz Noafarin (ticker: حآفرین) disclosed the result of an auction to sell its stake in subsidiary Shenl International Transport, in a filing published on Iran's Codal disclosure system on Saturday, September 12, 2026 (21 Shahrivar 1405). According to the filing, RailPardaz Noafarin and Arzesh Afarinan Fadak, which together held 90.6 percent of Shenl, put their combined stake up for public auction; RailPardaz Noafarin's share of the sale was 59.1 percent of Shenl's total shares. Under the disclosed terms, 6.35 percent of the sale price is to be settled in cash at signing, with the remainder due within nine months of the contract date; a Bank Mellat cheque worth 2,525,995 million rials was received from the buyer as a guarantee for that remaining payment.
