This is to inform the respected shareholders that, in line with generating productivity and creating added value for the projects of the Building Development Holding, through numerous actions and follow-ups and coordination with the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development, the Provincial Governorate and the Izadshahr Municipality, the change of land use of the South Narenjestan project to residential-commercial was approved at the session dated 1405/05/11 of the Article 5 Commission of the Supreme Council of Architecture and Urban Development of Mazandaran Province.. Recognition of the financial effects of this approval is only possible after obtaining the permit and new licenses, execution and construction of the project, and simultaneously with the sale of its units. Therefore, given the estimates and market studies conducted, the planned actions will lead to earning profit and creating added value for the respected shareholders.
